We accept orders only via our website. Our website uses "shopping cart technology" to facilitate online ordering. When you start shopping with us, our server automatically assigns you a unique "shopping cart" where you can store products you are interested in purchasing. There is no limit to the amount of products you can have in your cart, and you can add, remove or change the products in your cart at any time before you check out.
To add products to your cart, and you can click "Buy Now" when viewing a product you want to purchase.
When you are ready to check out, click the "Checkout" button . If this is your first time ordering from us, you will need to fill out your shipping and billing addresses, and a way to contact you if we have any questions. Hit "continue" when done.
On the following page choose a payment method. In the "messages" box, write any comments you want our order specialists to know. These comments will be reviewed before the order is processed. Then click "continue."
When you hit "continue" your order will be submitted, and you will see a thank you confirmation. You will also receive a confirmation by e-mail, assuming you entered your e-mail address properly in the address page. If you did not receive the email, check your spam folder. Hotmail and Yahoo! email servers often flag our emails as spam.
We have a $1 minimum order.
We reserve the right to limit quantities. Unless otherwise noted, prices are for one (1) item/each.
We accept major credit cards.
We never see your private credit card information. Your information is passed via secure server to our card processor. All we see is the approval information.
We also accept payment using PayPal.
We chose this method for numerous reasons:
1. Customers do not have to have a PayPal account.
2. We never see your private credit card information.
3. Many customers are familiar with our eBay offerings and already use PayPal for purchases.
4. Some customers prefer one payment system and the security it brings.
Note: PayPal orders to unconfirmed US addresses will not be processed, nor will credit card orders where an incorrect Zip code is provided. Such orders will be refunded - you will be directed to reorder with the correct information - fraud filters disable any ability to change address data from what is provided.
We do not offer open accounts or Net-30 terms.
Need to change something about your order?
Once placed, we are unable to add items to an order. As we never capture your financial data, we are unable to add any additional items to an order. For this reason, if you wish to add items, you must place another order for the additional items.
If you are ordering within the continental United States, you can expect your order within 8 to 10 business days. Shipping information is always available by logging in and viewing your order summary page. Status and Tracking information is posted when your order ships.

Shipping and Handling charges cover the costs of packaging and processing your order.
We ship via the United States Postal Service for all orders. We have found this to be most convenient for all domestic and international customers.

Our shipping cut-off time is 3:00 PM EST/EDT. Orders received after that time are shipped next business day.
Express Mail orders received after 3:30 PM EST/EDT are shipped the next business day, Mon-Fri. Please note that Express Mail is not a guaranteed overnight service, but is the fastest means of shipping available.Please note that some heavier items will not qualify for free shipping, and we will contact you about additional shipping charges.
We do not offer a "will call" or local pickup service.
Shipping options for international orders are supplied at checkout, along with actual costs. Shipping fees increases are beyond our control - please be aware that the USPS increased prices in January, 2013 by 40%, and our charges adjusted accordingly.
Note: The customer assumes responsibility for customs charges and
other applicable fees or taxes as required. Delays in customs are beyond our control - please understand this before ordering. We do not accept orders placed with a re-shipper billing and/or shipping address. We ship direct - no reship addresses accepted.
MOST INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA REGISTERED MAIL. If your country does not offer this service, we will contact you to arrange other shipping methods. Registered mail will require a signature for delivery, often requiring pick up of your package at the post office. International orders typically experience customs delays beyond our control. We will not ship international orders to a US-based re-shipper.
No sales to Italy or Turkey:
Due to the broad categories of electronic items prohibited by Italian Customs Authorities, and subsequent seizures, we regretfully do not ship to Italy. We do not ship to Turkey, due to multiple fraudulent chargebacks from a block of IP addresses in Turkey. Additionally, we do not ship to any US Export Controlled or Embargoed Country.
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders being shipped to locations within Virginia. Sales tax is calculated on the merchandise and handling charge total. Tax Exempt Customers may read the section below for information on declaring the exemption.
Virginia Customers - we charge the 6 percent sales tax rate effective July 1, 2013 on all Virginia sales, pursuant to the Virginia Department of Taxation regulations under HB 2313, and Va. Code § 58.1-605; Guidelines Pages 5-7 regarding source and storefront location.
We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped to other states, as we have no "nexus" or physical presence in any other state. However, you may be responsible for paying a sales/use tax to your state and/or local taxing authority on orders shipped to you in your state.
Tax exempt customers may place their orders with us by Internet. However, Internet orders will show tax at the time the order is placed. We will not collect sales tax if, prior to when we process the Internet order internally, we receive a SIGNED Virginia Tax Exempt Certificate (NOT A COPY OF A LICENSE) in which you attest to the fact that you are a tax exempt organization and you are not required to pay tax on the items purchased. Please make sure you include your tax exempt customer number on the Tax Exemption Certificate. We will collect Virginia sales tax on all orders shipped to Virginia if we do not receive a SIGNED Tax Exemption Certificate before we process the order.
Out of Stock items are not available for ordering. If you wish to be notified when an out of stock item becomes available again, use the Contact Us form and we will add you to our want/wish lists. If an item you want has been discontinued, we will notify you and let you know if there are any recommended replacement items.

Inventory stock status is kept updated throughout the day. Occasionally an item showing in stock may go out of stock by the time your order is placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Images of items on this website are representative of items in-stock at the time. We reserve the right to substitute same-part numbered devices where the pictured item is out of stock. This is especially true of semiconductor devices and capacitors - items from different manufacturers vary in physical characteristics including color, marking, lead bend, and lead finish, but same-numbered devices will be fully equivalent electrically. If you desire a specific physical characteristic or manufacturer, please contact us in advance of ordering.

Due to changes by manufacturers, we are unable to guarantee compliance to specific manufacturer data, specifications, or dimensions. Additionally, as we obtain stock from multiple sources, suppliers and distributors, we are unable to offer or provide a Certificate of Conformity for any item listed on this website.
We are not responsible for gross typographical errors. If any description is vague, unclear, or insufficient, please contact us before ordering.
There are no express warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. TALON ELECTRONICS LLC DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Since Talon Electronics LLC cannot control the manner of use of products after their sale, Talon Electronics LLC will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages. All items are packaged to prevent damage while in shipping. Our quality control ensures your merchandise will arrive intact and undamaged. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by irresponsible actions. Always use care when opening your package to avoid damage to contents and injury to yourself. We utilize 200 lb test recycleable corrugated mailers and boxes.
All items are processed in accordance with Mil-Standard ESDS handling and packaging procedures. All ESDS items are labeled appropriately. Please ensure you heed and follow ESDS handling procedures when opening/inspecting items.
Pictorial and typographical errors are subject to correction when orders are placed. Talon Electronics reserves the right to limit quantities.
